The Future of Golf Starts Here
The Royal Ascot Golf Club has been established for over 130 years, boasting a prestigious history that dates back to 1887.
For many years, the Club has been a large part of the community, and prides itself on protecting the local environment. Featuring nature zones that enhance certain areas of the course to ensure that local wildlife are rare species are not affected, the Club abides by an eco-friendly commitment each year in planting new trees and converting as much as possible to solar energy.
The Club is committed to maintaining and continuously improving the course and its surrounding facilities to provide the highest quality experience for its members. Earlier this year, a new starting clock was installed on the 1st hole, generously sponsored by Christophe Duchamp Luxury Watches. Just last year, the Club also completed an extensive bunker renovation project in partnership with CJW Golf International and course architects Weller Designs, enhancing both the playability and appearance of the bunkers.
The Royal Ascot Golf Club also prides itself on its inclusivity and diversity, and currently has both male and female students in the academy – 90% of whom are female. The Club warmly welcomes men, ladies, senior and junior members to play together, and to discover the magic of Royal Ascot Golf Club.
From hosting events like the recent regional qualifier for the Faldo Futures Tour on April 17th—which welcomed talented young golfers aged 7–12 with no handicap requirement—to inviting local school students for fun coaching sessions and activities, the club is seeing significant growth in junior membership. With more sessions and exciting partnerships planned for the rest of the year, the future of junior golf at the club looks brighter than ever.
The Club also has some fantastic commercial offerings and has recently expanded these offerings by welcoming the GreyCircle™ team to the club throughout April 2025 who put on events that helped the club to give back more to their current partners and members as well as provide opportunities to welcome new people that have never been to the club before.
The Club also has the Summer Fete coming soon in July 2025 with the potential footfall expected to double featuring 120-130 stalls. Its free to attend and is open to the public. Find more details on the website.
